Our goal is to not only breed quality rabbits but also the sustainability of Champagne d'argents and Creme d'argents.  

Champagne d'argents
These are a very old breed founded in France in the 1600's  They are a heritage meat rabbit valued for their meat and silvery pelts.  Champagnes are unique in that they are born black and develop their silvery pelts as they age.  They are excellent for meat/pelts, pets and for show animals.  

Creme d'argents
Cremes were first recognized in the 1940's in America.  They are typically thought of as more rare as they have just been moved from the "watch" category to "recovering" by the American Livestock Breed Conservancy.  They are born a wonderful orange and then silver out to a creamy orange.  Though the cremes are slightly smaller than the champagnes they are still a wonderful choice for meat/pelts, show and pets.
