We have both French and American alpine goats. All goats are American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA) registered. We milk enough milk to provide for our family and to make soaps and various cheeses. Showing and production records are not part of our farming methods. Some of our lineage includes, Brankton, Iron Rod, Oakmoon, Angel Prairie, Walstone, Cherry Glen,  Cozy Hollow, and Nadaway. We strive to have our goats worked with each day by our children so that they are accustomed to being around people. Our herd is CAE and Johne's tested and is negative. Alpine goats are seasonal induced ovulators, so we only have kids (baby goats) in the spring months.
